In May 2019 Tom Buida and April Rowan formed Buida & Rowan Property Management, Inc. Tom and April are both licensed Brokers with a total combined experience of 52 years managing rental homes, duplexes, zero lot lines and condos in Davidson, Williamson and Cheatham Counties. Tom is also a CPA (inactive) and advises investors on the purchase of investment property as part of their wealth portfolio as they look to expand their investment portfolio.

Services

Showing Your Property

We personally show your property to pre-qualified potential tenants, and then investigate their credit, employment, previous rental history and criminal history.

Maintaining Your Property

We work only with vetted, competent contractors to make sure your property is maintained properly. We document the condition of your property before a tenant moves in and we perform regular inspections.

Record Keeping

We prepare monthly rental statements for you and will either mail or deposit your net check on or around the 8th of each month. You will also have 24 hour access to your online account via an owner portal
